Our staff is the heartbeat of FIG. We constantly hear comments on how comfortable we make people feel when they are here. Our staff is young and energetic, but we are fully motivated and have a great attention to detail. We foster teamwork, and professionalism, have a no tolerance policy for discrimination in any form, and create a great work environment through a front and back of the house synergy.
